We stand behind all of our products and your satisfaction is very important to us. All purchases made from Jack Bloomfield (including all related website properties, sales over the phone, third party, and live event on-site purchases) are covered by the following policies.
We are very strict when it comes to digital downloads. Digital downloads cover all online programs, eBooks, cources etc. We only offer refunds within a 24 hours 'change your mind' period, after this period, sales are final. For us as a company, it is difficult for us to keep track of progress so if after the 24 hour period, once a download/digital access has been assigned to you there is nothing we can retrieve back. This policy is final.
If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased please contact our Customer Support Department immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the issue. Digital product purchases do not grant rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way. Longer conditional guarantees may apply, so check the sales material at the time of your order for details.

Please note that the 'change your mind' 24 hours policy, does not apply to any digital product or seminar sold by a third party (such as Success Resources). If the relevant purchase and or transaction involves Success Resources, all sales are final. This is in accordance with their policy with us and is out of our control.
Live Event Tickets
All live event tickets are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If for any reason you are unable to attend, you can request a credit (to be established by support agents) at our online store or you may use the credit for a future live event. *Processing Fees on ticket purchases are non-refundable and are not eligible for store credit.*

If a product or service is purchased utilizing a monthly payment plan the customer is responsible for 100% of agreed-upon payments equaling the original purchase price of the product. If any payments are not received, the entire purchase is void and the payments made up to that point are forfeited to Jack Bloomfield and will not be refunded. Access to any digital product or platform will be removed.
AUTO CHARGE AND SUBSCRIPTIONS: By signing up to any Jack Bloomfield or Bloomfield Education (or any other similar branded program) you agree that there may be a charge for eCom Uni or a similar program as part of your trial renewal. You will always be notified beforehand of this charge and have the opportunity to cancel this charge although, in the event that this email does not reach you under any circumstance you agree to this charge being. Of course, if you object to this charge or feel you were not made aware, you have full entitlement to a complete 100% refund. At any time, contact email@example.com to request this.
